ASSOCIATE PROGRAM


Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling and business building. Our Associates work with one dedicated service provider to grow into a career hairdresser.  The salon provides an environment for growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that every associate graduates from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are always on the lookout for potential associates with passion, eagerness to learn and a willingness to be trained and coached

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have a cosmetology license in California
Strong organizational, communication, and people skills
Looking for a commission based salon with education opportunities
Looking for a salon growth plan

COMPENSATION

What you earn at Salon Amnesia is a direct reflection of your talent and the level of service you offer your clients. We offer haircuts, highlights, color, formal styling, blowdry services, as well as treatments and waxes. We also have a wide variety of hair care products which offer an additional retail compensation for extra income.

Salon Amnesia offers different compensation levels to Stylists based on performance. Stylists have the ability to quickly move into higher compensation levels based on achieving their level goals for 3 months in a row. Movement into higher compensation levels is measured by the number of clients, retail sales, pre-book percent, new client request, etc. Educational classes are provided throughout the year.
